3-Step Application Process
APPLY LASH BOND
Apply a minimal amount of Lash Bond at the root of your lashes and wait 30 seconds for the bond to set
LASH PLACEMENT
Place the lashes one by one, 1-2mm away from the waterline, starting on the outside of your eye
TWEEZE & SECURE
Securely clamp your lashes with the tweezer to set them in place. Continue to do this every morning and evening
Application Information
Step one: Lash Preperation
Start by cleansing your lashes with an oil-free cleanser to ensure they are free from any dirt and oils. Allow your lashes to fully dry before moving on to the next step.
Step two: Bond Application
Apply a minimal amount of bond at the root of your lashes, avoiding applying it like mascara. Alternatively, you can apply the bond directly onto the band of the cluster. Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute after applying the bond with placing the lashes to make sure the bond is set.
Step three: Lash Placement
Position the lash cluster beneath your natural lashes, near the waterline without touching it. The lashes should be positioned 1-2mm away from the waterline for optimal comfort and lightweight feel. If you feel any discomfort, gently readjust the placement until comfortable. To enhance retention, we advise to slightly overlap each segment. For individuals with smaller eye shapes, consider trimming the corner segments lengthwise to achieve a more tailored fit. Never trim the lashes to be shorter in length, as this will make them look less natural.
Step four: Setting the Lashes
Securely clamp your lashes with the tweezer to set them in place. Continue to do this every morning and evening. For an even better and longer stay, you can apply our Lash Sealer.
Application Tips
-
Morning Application
To make sure your lashes stay in place optimally and as long as possible, apply them in the morning so the glue can harden properly
-
Apply Side To Side
Apply the Lash Bond in a horizontal, side-to-side motion on the root of your lashes, as opposed to the typical application technique for mascara
-
Perform Squint Test
Before crimping the lashes - Look around, blink and squint and make sure theres no pinching or discomfort
Removal Information
Gentle Removal
If you remove your lashes gentle and correctly the removal will be completely damage free. Should you notice a few of your natural lashes amidst the segments during removal, there's no need to panic. Natural lashes shed regularly, so their presence in the removal process is entirely normal and doesn't indicate damage.
Effective Removal Procedure
Begin by generously applying our remover to both the top and bottom of your lashes. After allowing 5-10 minutes for the remover to work, remove the Lash Clusters one by one.
After removing the lashes, residual bonding may remain on your natural lashes. Continue the removal procedure on your natural lashes until they are free from any bonding residue.
Before applying a new set of lashes, it is important to clean both your lashes and the surrounding eye area thoroughly to ensure they are completely free from any remnants of the remover. If there is any remover residue left on your natural lashes you will not successfully be able to apply a new set.
Care and Maintenance
Our Lash Glow lashes are all reusable, but you need to be gentle when cleaning the lashes.
To clean the lashes, you can soak them for 3 seconds in Denatured Alcohol 70%. Then you can brush the bond residue off using an eyelash brush or cotton pad. After this, let them dry thoroughly before applying them again.

How to Apply:
As the final step, after applying all your DIY Lash Clusters, apply a small amount of the sealer to the roots, where you initially applied the Lash Bond. This will neutralize the tackiness and strengthen the hold.
The precision applicator allows for easy, mess-free application, while the thick formula ensures it won’t run into your eyes.
Troubleshooting
The lashes feel sticky after applying, the bond doesn't seem to set..
You may be applying too much Lash Bond. Next time you apply less Lash Bond, you should apply the Lash Bond only at the root of your lashes. If you apply too much, you may get a sticky feeling on your lashes. If you still have a sticky coating, our sealer will take care of it. Not only will it keep your lashes looking beautiful longer, but it will also remove any sticky layers on your lashes, as long as it is not due to using too much Lash Bond.
My lashes are not lasting as long as I hoped..
Here are some common factors that can affect the longevity of your lashes:
- Bond Application: Ensure you're applying an adequate amount of bond, but avoid overdoing it. Apply a small amount at the base of your lashes or along the lash spine.
- Clamping: After application, wait five minutes, then use an applicator to gently clamp your lashes to your natural ones for a more secure hold. Make this a part of your daily routine, preferably after bathing.
- Proper Prep: Clean your lashes thoroughly with an oil-free cleanser to remove any oils or dirt. Wait until they're completely dry before applying.
- Avoid Oil-Based Products: Steer clear of oil-based cleansers, moisturizers, or makeup around your eyes, as they can break down the bond.
- Oily Skin: Excessive oiliness around the eye area can affect how long the lashes last.
- Lash Sealer: Seal the bond with a lash sealer to enhance longevity. If you're not using our Lash Sealer, you might not be effectively setting and sealing the bond.
- Water Exposure: While resistant to water to some extent, avoid getting your lashes wet. If they do get wet, let them air dry and then gently clamp them down again.
- Proper Placement: Ensure your lashes are positioned correctly, about 1-2mm away from your waterline to prevent moisture from affecting the bond.
- Minimize Touching: Avoid touching your lashes throughout the day to prevent transferring moisture, oils, and dirt, which can impact their longevity.
- Application Technique: For optimal results, refer to our 'How-to Guide' page and watch our application videos for tips on proper application techniques.
When I try to reuse the lashes, they don't stay on..
If you used remover to remove your lashes, you need to ensure all the remover residue has been removed from the lashes before reapplying.

My lashes get stuck to the tweezer
You need to ensure your applicator is clean & free from any bond residue when applying. We recommend using an alcohol wipe to keep your applicator clean. Don’t use the Lash Remover as this may cause issues with your next application as it may deposit remover residue onto your lashes.
