How does Lash Glow work?
Lash Glow uses the latest technology in lashes to give you long-lasting, amazing-looking lashes that are easy to apply at home. You follow a few simple steps to ensure your lashes last for at least a week, such as cleaning your lashes, applying our Lash Bond and possibly using our Lash Sealer for even better results.

Are the lashes waterproof?
The bond of our eyelash adhesive is water-resistent, allowing it to withstand a few splashes of water. However, we advise against fully saturating the lashes. When applied properly, our lashes typically hold up well in water. If they do get wet, refrain from touching them, allow them to air dry, and then gently re-clamp to ensure a secure hold.
How are the lashes applied?
Our lashes are applied under your natural lashes for a professional finish. They last +1 week and can be applied at home, are reusable and completely harmless to your own lashes.

Are the lashes difficult to apply?
Our products are crafted for effortless application in the comfort of your home. Many of our clients have expressed that they find them simpler to apply compared to strip lashes. With our lashes, concerns about them loosening at the corners are a thing of the past, and they are so lightweight that you won't even notice them on your eyes. We've put a How-To Guide together to streamline the application process, and our team is always ready to provide assistance if needed. After a few tries and familiarizing yourself with the technique, you'll become a pro in no time.
How do they differ from regular strip lashes?
Lash Glow introduces lashes with an ultra-fine band that is nearly undetectable, offering a lighter alternative to traditional strip lashes. These lashes are uniquely applied underneath your natural lashes for a seamlessly blended look. Unlike strip lashes, which are typically worn for just one day, our lashes can be enjoyed for over a week.
Where are the lashes made from?
All of our lashes are made of lightweight yet durable vegan silk. The ultra-thin bands are 100% cotton, to fit comfortably against your natural lashes. Our materials are gentle, hypoallergenic, and waterproof.
How long do the lashes last?
Lash Glow can last +1 week. The first set you do may not make it the full week because of the application learning curve, but most people are seeing 7-10 days routinely.
What to do if one Lash Cluster comes loose or falls off?
You can easily refill the lashes - no need to remove a complete set if you lose a few clusters. Just stick some Lash Bond on the lash line and reapply.
Can I wear them if I have short/straight lashes?
Absolutely! You simply need an enough of lashes to secure the lash band. In case your lashes are really straight, we suggest curling them before the application process.
Can I apply mascara on the lashes?
Please do not apply mascara to the lashes as this can ruin the quality of the hairs and limit the number of uses. Many cosmetic products contain oils that can ruin the shine and quality.
How do I remove the lashes?

Can I reuse the lashes?
Our Lash Glow lashes are all reusable, but you need to be gentle when cleaning the lashes.
To clean the lashes, you can soak them for 3 seconds in Denatured Alcohol 70%. Then you can brush the bond residue off using an eyelash brush or cotton pad. After this, let them dry thoroughly before applying them again.
After lash removal, some of my natural lashes had fallen out?
No need to panic! It's perfectly normal for your natural lashes to shed on a daily basis. In fact, lashes typically have a life cycle of around 60 to 90 days. Since each lash operates on its own schedule, it's not uncommon for them to come out along with your Lash Clusters (assuming you haven't pulled them out improperly). Just remember, it's all part of the natural shedding process.
I've had a reaction to a product, what to do?
We advise conducting a patch test for each product prior to use.
Should any irritation occur following the patch test, discontinue use of the product immediately and rinse the affected area with warm water for several minutes. If inflammation persists, it is recommended to consult with a medical professional.

I want to order but the product is sold out
Although we try to keep everything in stock some times products will quickly sell out. If the product you would like to purchase is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and you will be notified as soon as the new stock is available on our website.
SHIPPING
How long is the shipping?
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 Business Days, and shipping will take around 3-6 business days worldwide depending on your shipping location.
Total Shipping time is Processing time + Shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship world-wide. We currently ship to 65+ countries.
How long does it take to dispatch orders?
Orders are swiftly packed and dispatched, typically within the initial 1-2 days. However, it's essential to note that this timeframe is not always guaranteed, especially during peak periods when dispatch times may extend further.
I mistakenly provided an incorrect delivery address, what now?

My order is not delivered within the expected timeframe
Our objective is to adhere to the delivery timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. However, it's important to note that once your parcel is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to influence any potential delays. While such occurrences are infrequent, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, vehicle malfunctions, or events beyond the carrier's control may lead to delays. In the unlikely scenario of a delay with your parcel, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible, and therefore, we are unable to provide reimbursements for any shipping expenses incurred.
Will there be any custom charges?
You will never have to pay any import or custom charges, regardless of where you are ordering from. We take care of all import duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our Lash Glow products and for health reasons, we do not offer refunds on any used products.
