Follow these simple steps for a flawless, long-lasting application

Lash
Place clusters 1–2mm away from the waterline. Never directly on it. Slightly overlap each cluster for a seamless look.

Fuse
Gently fuse each section with your natural lashes for 3–5 seconds to secure the hold. Gently fuse whenever needed.

Seal
Apply a small amount of Sealer only where you applied Bond to lock everything in place.

Safe & Damage-Free Removal
Follow these steps to safely remove your lash clusters without damage

Apply Lash Remover
Apply Remover generously along the lash roots, coating them from above and below. Wait 3–5 minutes for the Bond to dissolve.

Remove Lash Clusters
Gently slide the clusters off (never pull or tug) If needed, reapply Remover and wait until they release easily.

Reapply Lash Remover
If there's still Bond left on your natural lashes, apply the Remover again. Wait about 1 minute to let it loosen fully.

Clean Residue
Gently wipe away the remaining bond with a cotton pad. Repeat until your lashes are completely clean.
How To Clean & Reuse

Soak
Soak the clusters in oil-free micellar water for 2–5 minutes to soften any remaining Bond. Alternatively, apply a small amount of Lash Shampoo and gently work it through the fibers with a clean spoolie. Avoid over-soaking, rubbing or pulling, as this may weaken the band or damage the fibers.

Clean
Hold the band steady with your fingers or tweezer. Use a cotton swab or spoolie and gently wipe from the base toward the tips to remove Bond residue. Carefully remove any remaining residue from the band with clean tweezer. Avoid pulling on the fibers or brushing the band.

Dry & Store
Rinse the clusters under a gentle stream of cool water to remove any remaining cleanser and residue. Lay them flat on a clean paper towel and allow them to air-dry completely before storing or reusing.
Once dry, gently brush through the fibers with a spoolie to restore their shape and fluffiness.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the bond feel sticky after application?
Some tackiness before sealing is completely normal, it helps the clusters adhere. After fusing, apply a small amount of Sealer wherever you applied the Bond. If it still feels sticky, lightly dab a little more Sealer onto that area.
To prevent excess stickiness, use only a thin layer of Bond and avoid brushing it through like mascara.
Why are my lashes not lasting as long as promised?
Wear time depends on your preparation, placement and aftercare. The most common causes of early lifting are oil residue, using too much Bond, placing the bands too close to the waterline or not fusing them securely.
For your next application, try the following tips:
• Apply only a thin layer of bond at the roots of your natural lashes, not like mascara. Using too much bond can prevent it from curing properly. Make sure your natural lashes are completely clean and free from any oil, makeup, or skincare residue before applying.
• Wait around 30 seconds for the bond to become tacky before applying the clusters. This helps them grip better.
• Make sure the clusters are placed underneath your natural lashes, around 1–2 mm away from the waterline. Placing them too close to the waterline can introduce moisture, prevent the bond from curing properly, leave it feeling tacky, and may cause discomfort while wearing them.
• Once applied, fuse the clusters with your natural lashes, holding each section for around 5 seconds to secure the hold.
• Finish with a small amount of sealer only where you applied the bond to lock everything in.
• Try to avoid touching the lashes too much after application and avoid water, steam, or heavy moisture exposure for 24hrs after applying to allow the bond to set properly.
• Avoid oil-based products as this breaks down the Bond. Avoid touching your lashes throughout the day to prevent transferring moisture, oils, and dirt, which can impact their longevity
Why don't the lashes stay on when I try to reuse them?
If you used Remover, make sure all residue is thoroughly cleansed from your natural lashes before reapplying. Any remaining residue may affect the Bond’s hold.
All Lash Glow clusters are reusable, but they must be cleaned gently:
- Clean them with our Lash Shampoo, or soak them in micellar water for 2–5 minutes maximum.
- Give the removed clusters a quick 5-second dip in 70% alcohol, never use alcohol near your eyes.
- Gently remove Bond residue from the bands using a clean lash brush or cotton pad.
- Let the clusters dry completely before reapplying them.
Always handle them carefully to preserve their shape.
Why do the lashes feel uncomfortable?
They’re likely sitting too close to your waterline. Position each cluster 1–2 mm away from it, never directly on it. If you feel any discomfort, gently remove and reposition the cluster until it feels weightless.
Why can't I get the placement even?
Overlap each cluster slightly with the previous one for a seamless look. Try to look down in a mirror while applying and using your tweezer to hold the cluster by the top helps with precision placement.
Why do my lashes get stuck on the tweezer?
You may have used too much Bond, it may still be too wet, or there may be residue on your tweezer. Apply only a thin layer of Bond to the roots (not the entire lash), wait around 30 seconds for the Bond to get tacky and keep your tweezer clean.
When placing a cluster, hold it at the top of the band and away from the Bond. Before your final fuse, lightly coat the inside of the tweezer tips with a tiny amount of Sealer to help prevent sticking.
