Follow these simple steps for a flawless, long-lasting application
Apply a thin layer of Bond onto the roots of your natural lashes. Wait 30–60 seconds before applying to let the bond get tacky.
Apply the cluster 1–2mm from the waterline, slightly overlapping each cluster for a seamless look. Avoid placing them directly on the waterline.
Gently clamp the clusters and your natural lashes together to lock them in place. Repeat once or twice throughout the day.
Apply the Sealer to the roots of your clusters. This removes tackiness and keeps your lashes locked in for longer.

Follow these steps to safely remove your lash clusters without damage
Apply the remover generously onto your lashes. Wait 3–5 minutes to let it fully break down the bond.
Gently slide the clusters off. Do not tug or pull — the remover has done the work for you.
If there's still Bond left on your natural lashes, apply the Remover again. Wait about 1 minute to let it loosen fully.
Gently wipe away the remaining bond with a cotton pad. Repeat until your lashes are completely clean.
Keep your lashes fresh and ready for the next wear
Briefly soak your lash clusters in micellar water (2–5 minutes max) or do a quick dip in 70% alcohol. Avoid over-soaking, as this can weaken the lash band. Alternatively, apply Lash Shampoo directly onto the clusters.
Use tweezers and a spoolie to gently remove softened bond residue. Hold the cluster by the band and brush through the lashes only. Avoid brushing the base. You can use your finger or tweezers to keep the band steady.
Lay flat and allow the clusters to fully dry before storing them in the lash box or reusing.
Avoid rubbing or over-handling, as this can cause the clusters to lose their shape or fall apart.
Always finish the application off with applying the Sealer where you applied the Bond. This removes tackiness and locks your lashes in for a longer hold.
For all-week wear, make sure to:
If you used remover to remove your lashes, you need to ensure all the remover residue has been removed from the lashes before reapplying. Our lashes are all reusable, but you need to be gentle when cleaning the lashes.
To clean the lashes, you can use our Lash Shampoo or soak them in denatured alcohol 70% for 5 seconds.
Then you can brush the bond residue off using an eyelash brush or cotton pad. After this, let them dry thoroughly before applying them again.
Place each cluster 1-2 mm above your waterline, not directly on it. If you feel discomfort, gently remove and reapply until it feels weightless.
Overlap each cluster slightly with the previous one for a seamless look. Try to look down in a mirror while applying and using your tweezer to hold the cluster by the top helps with precision placement.
If your lashes get stuck to the tweezer, make sure you're holding the cluster from the top of the band and not too close to the Bond. You can also lightly coat your tweezer tips with a tiny bit of Sealer - this helps prevent sticking.
